How Reclamation and Recovery Counseling, LLC. accepts insurance:
Reclamation and Recovery Counseling utilizes a third party company for insurance payment, verification, and collection, called Alma. By partnering with Alma, Reclamation and Recovery Counseling LLC. is able to provide mental health services to its clients that are seeking to utilize their insurance benefits. This means that if you are looking to use your insurance, you will be required to complete documentation and fill out information through a link provided by your therapist for Alma. Within the link, you will be prompted to provide information about the primary insurance holder to determine your eligibility of using insurance. We assure you that every step is being taken to ensure that your sensitive personal and medical information is kept confidential by adhering to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines. Only your therapist and Alma will have access to your information. We understand that some clients may be uncomfortable with this process. If you are unsure if you would like to use your benefits due to this, we do understand. If you do decline to utilize your benefits through Alma, you will be required to pay the private pay rates of our practice, which are:
$130 for a 50 minute Individual Session
$150 for a 50 minute Family Session
$150 for a 50 minute Relationship/Couples Session
